What should a parent do if her son leaves his handicap sister home alone?

What punishment should then son get if he left his younger handicap sister home alone? She can't talk, or think for herself. She has the mentality of about a 2 year old. What should a parent do if her son leaves his handicap sister home alone?
hit him beat him down or have him take his sister everywhere 6 months and grounded for 8 monthsWhat should a parent do if her son leaves his handicap sister home alone?
depends on how old the son is. if she's that disabled she shouldn't

be left with anyone not old enough to make legal decisions for her if

there's an emergency as she is not capable of making decisions

regarding her care on her own. and how old is the sister. if she is 18 or older she is considered an adult weather she's handicapped or not.

you need to go to court and get power of attorney over her so you can

make decisions for her that she can't.
He has you over a barrel. You could be in trouble for leaving her with him. If he left her then it is still your responsibility. You can't leave her in his charge anymore. He is not responsible. I would ground him for months and give him extra chores to do. That's about all you can do. She is not his responsibility. She is your responsibility.

Be responsible.
How old is the son that has this responsibility?? If his sister is this debilitated, it should either be the parents or another adult to make certain that she is well taken care of. It sounds like the son is hurt and angry because of this very unfair responsibility that he has for a very grown-up matter.
Either beat him senseless or never let him out again or make him take her everywhere he goes all for two months
