Parenting in pride and prejudice?

how does any parent-child conflict (maybe elizabeth and her mother) affect the entire novel as a whole?Parenting in pride and prejudice?
There are a number of online study guides for Pride and Prejudice. Most of them have quite a bit of good information. Have a look at these sites, and you might get some help with your work.

Parenting in pride and prejudice?
You've got it with Mrs. Bennet and Lydia. But another parent conflict would be Elizabeth and Mrs. Bennet. How different would the book be if Elizabeth had ACUTALLY married Mr. Collins - would we still be reading it 200 years later and would it be celebrated as one of the greatest love stories?

Although it's often overlooked - Anne de Bourgh and Lady Catherine. Despite her sickly consititution how much of a pain would that have to be to listen ot your mother tirade all the time?

I hope that helps.
since this sounds like a hw question i'm not going to answer it

but thing about the mother and the way she acts and then think about the father and the way he acts

think about how this adds to the choices the children make

Do your own homework.

I'll give you a clue, think about the mother's behaviour, her opinions about marriage, what is important. And how this leads to what the girls choose.
Read the book and do your own homework.
