How should i convince my parents to let me buy call of duty modern warefare 2?

My parents don't really mind about the price just that its rated M and that there's army people.. How shoconvincevience them like help out be good or what help meh! :dHow should i convince my parents to let me buy call of duty modern warefare 2?
You could perhaps show your parents that you could score the best grades in school for all your courses and that you are also deeply involved in humanitarian activities in your neighborhood (such as helping the elderly people,etc.).

Evaluate WHY they don't want you to have it. And ease their minds based on what the issue is. If it's violence, assure them that you know the difference between a video game and real life. If it's the Army, make sure they know that you know (and I hope you know) that the Army takes your soul when you sign up, and wouldn't dream of giving your life over to a bunch of politicians and financial empires fights.


And if it's time they feel you're wasting, offer to join a school sport or something so you still get out of the house and don't become a total fat-a**.
if your not old enough to fight in the military ..i don't agree in a person playing theses sort of games .. they only glorify war and killing . players often think it would be cool to be a sniper in the army or a navy seal . They forget you can only die one in real life..and when you get killed you can't just hit the reset button.. I am against these games for children under 18 . I know you don't see it .. but i as a 20 year gamer see how playing games affect people.. I play a racing game .. an if i go driving right after it ..i tend to drive a little faster and more aggressive. I just think they put these games out so teens get hooked and more likely to join in the military . thinking the rush of the real action would be better than playing a game . especially when there are so much fighting going on. They don't want war look at like it was in the 60's 70's as bad.. They want people lined up to join there branch of the military. Game do that by glorifying war and fighting .. when it fact there is no glory in it. if it is not defending you on your own soil.





what does playing a war game make you think about when your playing or after playing? .how does it make you think about the military.. DO you think about killing people for real as fun? just something to think about.





Set down with your parents let them explain to you why they feel they way they do about M rated Games .. You just may come out the a good understanding on why they feel the way they do.





I am all for defending my country.. but not forcing the beliefs of the United States Government on other countries by force.. then give BS reason's on why there there and fighting .
